When a consumer products company planned to enhance its Diversity and Inclusion practices… HUDSON Research & Consulting conducted a D&I Audit for an organizational snapshot of the current situation to assess gaps.Based on an internal and external understanding of key drivers and opportunities, HRC created a comprehensive solution that included a communications strategy, manager and employee training and “Meeting in a Box” tools to foster awareness, commitment and execution of D&I best practices. Metrics have been established to monitor and track D&I progress over time.
